FOUNDER

Founder Ashutosh Lamichhane is a chef who has traveled the world and can cook delicacies and cuisines of all kinds. he is passionate about adventure, travelling, rafting, kayaking, exploring new cultures, discovering global flavours, hiking through remote trails, camping in wilderness, mastering international cooking techniques, and creating unique fusion dishes inspired by his journeys around the globe.

BIKASH TAMANG
HEAD CHEF

Head chef Bikash is originally from nepal and has dedicated over a decade to building his culinary career across nepal, dubai, and guernsey. he has gathered extensive international experience working in fast-paced, high-standard kitchens around the world. his global training, refined techniques, and deep passion for the culinary arts have molded him into a highly skilled, multi-disciplined, and versatile head chef.

GENERAL MANAGER
