The Lost Yeti is the result of a journey that began in the mountains of eastern Nepal and continued across rivers, ski resorts, kitchens, and cultures around the world.
From guiding rafting expeditions in Nepal to working in Japan's ski resorts and travelling throughout Asia and Europe, every adventure brought new flavours, techniques, and perspectives. Along the way, food became a way to connect with people, cultures, and experiences.
Today, those influences come together at The Lost Yeti. Working alongside a passionate team, we bring together Himalayan roots, global inspiration, and a spirit of adventure to create a menu unlike anything else in Guernsey.
